Privacy notice (POPIA)

Replyza ("we"), a trading name of Networkking (Reg. 2021 / 700686 / 07), provides an AI WhatsApp receptionist to businesses ("clients"). This notice explains how we handle personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
1. Who is responsible
For people who contact Replyza directly, Replyza is the responsible party. For people who message one of our clients, that client is the responsible party and Replyza acts as its operator, processing messages only on the client's instructions.

2. What we collect
Your WhatsApp number and profile name, the messages you send, and details you choose to share (such as your name, what you need and preferred times).
3. Why
To answer your enquiry, pass it to the business you contacted, record it as a lead for that business, and — only if you agree — send follow-up messages.
4. Automated replies
Replies are generated by an AI system using the business's own information. You can ask for a person at any time and the business will be alerted.
5. Who we share it with
The business you contacted; Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver messages; our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies; Google (Sheets) to store lead records; Paystack for client payments. Some of these providers process data outside South Africa under their own data-protection terms.
6. How long we keep it
Conversation context used by the AI is kept for up to 48 hours. Lead records are kept for as long as the business remains our client, or until you ask us to delete them.
7. Marketing and opting out
We only send follow-up messages if you agree. Reply STOP at any time to stop them.
8. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its processing, by contacting the Information Officer. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
9. Security
Access to systems is restricted to authorised Replyza staff, and data is sent over encrypted connections.
